Booking Overview
All bookings made through our website or communication channels are subject to availability, route conditions, and operational feasibility. A booking is considered valid only after the required payment has been received and acknowledged by our team.
Package prices, hotel allocations, room categories, transport arrangements, and final trip details may vary until confirmation. For certain trips, permits, camps, shared transport, or fixed group batches may need immediate blocking, so advance payment becomes essential.
- Slots are not guaranteed without payment confirmation
- Quoted price may change before final booking approval
- Some departures may close early due to limited inventory
- Operational revisions may happen in high season or weather-sensitive routes
Key Conditions
- Advance payment is generally required to secure the booking
- Balance payment must be cleared before departure unless otherwise agreed
- Any date change is subject to availability and may involve extra charges
- No-show cases are generally treated as non-refundable
- Force majeure situations may affect routing, timing, or trip execution
- Travelers must carry valid ID and follow trip instructions
