The Valley of Flowers Trek is one of the most beautiful monsoon treks in India, located in the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve of Uttarakhand. Known for its colourful alpine flowers, misty mountains, waterfalls, and peaceful trails, this trek is perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and first-time Himalayan trekkers.
The journey begins from Rishikesh and takes you through scenic mountain roads to Joshimath/Govindghat. From Govindghat, the trek leads to Ghangaria, the base village for both Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. The Valley of Flowers opens into a magical landscape filled with rare Himalayan flora, streams, meadows, and dramatic mountain views.
Along with the floral valley, this itinerary also includes Hemkund Sahib, a sacred Sikh shrine located at an altitude of around 4,329 m. The steep climb to Hemkund adds a spiritual and adventurous dimension to the trek.

Begin your journey from Rishikesh and drive through the scenic Garhwal Himalayas toward Joshimath or Govindghat.
